The new animated Scooby-Doo movie will be called Scoob. The latest company to throw their hat into the cinematic universe ring is Hanna-Barbera, who will be developing an interconnected universe based on their classic cartoons. Scoob will be the first one, but film adaptations of The Flintstones, The Jetsons, and Wacky Races will follow. Frank Welker will only be playing Scooby, Zac Efron has been cast as Fred, Will Forte will be voicing Shaggy with Iain Armitage playing a young Shaggy, while Amanda Seyfried is playing Daphne and Gina Rodriguez is playing Velma.

VIN DIESEL CONFIRMS RIDDICK 4: FURYA SCRIPT IS FINISHED

Vin Diesel confirms that the script for the next installment of the Riddick franchise, currently titled Riddick 4: Furya, has been written. The series is variously a mix of sci-fi, action and horror, and began in 2000 with the release of Pitch Black, which was also Diesel’s breakthrough role, and has continued in sporadic installments since then. The simple title of Furya suggests that the story will revolve around Riddick’s home, unseen so far in the series outwith dream sequences, and currently believed to be a dead world after being destroyed by the Necromongers in an attempt by their leader to avert a prophecy about his death. With Riddick 4: Furya, it’s possible we may finally get some solid answers about the taciturn criminal and what made him who he is.

Once there, they befriend TV host Sally Hawthorne (Hathaway), who's determined to prove to the public that Sesame Street really exists and that its inhabitants have been unfairly evicted.
